20 Healthy Foods Found at Costco for Less

I am sure that prices vary in different locations, but in sunny San Diego I have gotten pretty used to a large chunk of my check and my right arm going toward groceries.  If you are like us and also look for these kind of items; organic, grass-fed, pastured, non-GMO, chemical/nitrate/additive-free, then you know what I am talking about!

How can we eat healthy or buy organic food when on a budget?  This seems to be a top request from clients so I thought I would do a little research at Costco.

After 1 hour with a 3 year old clinging to my leg, here are the 20 items that made it into our cart! We didn’t have time for the fruit and veggie section, but I know that they carry a good amount of organic produce, so check that out as well!

I also buy Organic frozen mixed berries and ground bison! The ground bison is awesome! I just use it like I would ground beef. But I didn’t know about the Bison Burgers, I’ll have to try those out! And Kirkland also makes a pretty good Organic Olive Oil.

You have made some good points there. I looked on the web for additional information about the issue and found most individuals will go along with your views on this website. Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask! I really like it when individuals get together and share opinions. Great blog, stick with it!
