Berry Mood Stabilizer


1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or blueberries

1 Teaspoon maca powder

1 Tablespoon almond butter

1 handful of spinach

1 Tablespoon raw, organic honey or stevia to taste (optional)

Blend and Enjoy!

    Hi Ginger! I love the way I feel on Maca, but have terrible insomnia and diarrhea from it. Have you heard of this reaction? I’ve tried different brands and forms, in the tiniest doses. Any suggestions on this problem or do you think I just have a sensitivity? Thanks!

      Hi Katrina,
      I haven’t heard of this specifically but everyone is so different that anything can happen!! I am guessing that you just have a sensitivity. If you are working on gut health you could try it in the future because you might be able to tolerate later.
